PERKS:
Admin: Help controls forum. Must be passed through between bnds3 and BOSS MAN
Moderator: Controls chatbox. Anything said goes. Can test
Tester: Tests those who needed to be tested. Must test those who are asked.
Trainer: Teaches those who needed to be taught. Helps improves their yugioh skillz
Despaier: if allowed by bnds3 and BOSS MAN, can help teach (be and apprentice) in either A. Testing or B. Teaching. If the master says you did well then you can become that rank.
Immortalier: Has no extra perks
Grave Robber: Has no extra perks
